PLAYERS OVER 30

Too many times I've come across negative replies for our players, too many times we receive indecorous silence to our effort and too many times I hear " he's over 30 and we only want players under 30".
And then I wonder, what cosmic law defines and declares that over 30's are no longer valid to play ?

There's a widespread notion amongst many football agents, team directors, sport directors, club's presidents that these players are already disposable and deserve no more.

However, I figure that none of these decision takers would say no to having Zlatan Ibrahimovic (PSG 34), Aritz Aduriz (Ath Bilbao 34), Francesco Totti (Roma 39), Cristiano Ronaldo (almost 31), Esteban Cambiasso (Olympiakos Piraeus, 35), Antonio di Natale (Udinese 38), Luca Toni (Fiorentina 38), Miroslav Klose (Lazio 37), Andrea Pirlo (New York City FC, 36), Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus 37), Iker Casillas (Porto FC 34), Rodrigo Palacio (Inter Milan, 33), Kaká (Orlando City Soccer club, 33), Didier Drogba (Montreal Impact 37), Bacary Sagná (Arsenal 32), Martin Demilchelis ( Manchester City 35), Petr Čech  (Arsenal 33), Xavi Hernandez ( Al Sadd 35), Samuel Eto'o (Antalyaspor 34)  and we could go on and on. And I wouldn't want to forget my idol Ryan Giggs who retired at the age of 40.

So, what happens here ? why do these decision takers are still in their jobs ? Of course, they would all say yes to that list of players, but their answer is that the player that I'm offering is none of the players in the list, to which, my answer is your club is none of the clubs these players play for.

Please respect to age, but most important respect to quality.
